The model · Drone as Infrastructure

It is not a drone service. It is aerial infrastructure installed in your asset.

The traditional model books a flight per event: a crew mobilizes, flies for a day, delivers a report, and it ends. Ours installs the capability once and leaves it permanently available. The drone is already there. You just request the flight.

The station

This is what we install

A fixed drone-in-a-box station inside your asset: the drone takes off, completes the mission, and returns to charge on its own. Permanent infrastructure, operated remotely by us — no hangar, no on-site crew, no equipment on your payroll.

How it works

Four steps, once

01

We install

We place a fixed drone-in-a-box station inside your asset, at a point with power and connectivity. It is permanent infrastructure — like a CCTV camera or a process sensor, but one that moves, climbs, and sees every corner of the site.

02

We operate

We fly it, remotely, under NOM-107-SCT3-2019. You buy no equipment, train no pilots, file no flight authorizations, and carry no regulatory risk. Zero aviation personnel on your payroll.

03

You consume

Your plant holds a monthly balance of flight minutes. It requests the missions it needs, when it needs them, for whatever it needs — with no mobilization cost, without waiting for someone to authorize a one-off flight.

04

We deliver intelligence

We do not deliver raw video. We deliver findings interpreted with engineering judgment, severity-graded, prioritized for repair, and tracked over time inside iHawk — integrable with SAP PM, Maximo, and GIS.

The idea in one sentence

It is like having a helicopter with an engineer on board, permanently parked at your plant, available 24/7 — no pilot on payroll, no hangar, no permits. You just request the flight.

For Operations & Maintenance

It is a utility like water or power: you contract capacity and consume it when you need it.

For Physical Security

It is a camera with no blind spot that reaches the incident in 40 seconds.

For Finance & Leadership

It turns a capital investment into a predictable operating expense, with zero idle capacity.

Why it changes everything

Per-event vs. permanent

AvailabilityPer-event inspectionWhen booked and mobilizedAerial infrastructurePermanent, 24/7

Response timePer-event inspectionDays to weeksAerial infrastructureSeconds to minutes
ScopePer-event inspectionThe contracted taskAerial infrastructureAny mission within your minutes
HistoryPer-event inspectionFragmented per eventAerial infrastructureContinuous and comparable

You stop asking "is it worth paying for a flight to check this?" and simply check it. That multiplies usage, multiplies data, and with each cycle the history becomes more valuable — and harder to replace.

Mission menu

What you can request with your minutes

Four mission families on the same infrastructure. The list does not end here: if you need something not listed, that works too.

Security & surveillance

  • Autonomous perimeter patrol on defined routes and schedules
  • Alert-triggered launch — drone airborne in seconds
  • Monitoring of people and vehicles in restricted areas
  • Night operation with thermal and low-light cameras
  • Automatic incident recording with georeferenced evidence

Asset reliability & integrity

  • On-demand spot inspection: "check that tank today"
  • Thermography of hot electrical and mechanical equipment
  • High-resolution visual inspection of elevated structures, flares, towers, and tanks
  • Tracking a finding across cycles: did this corrosion advance?

Operation & control

  • Remote verification of distant areas of the asset
  • Construction progress monitoring against design plans
  • Real-time supervision of critical operations
  • Condition check after a weather event or incident

Emergency response

  • Thermal recon of spills, fires, or leaks before sending people
  • Search for a person in the facility or adjacent terrain
  • Post-event damage assessment without exposing personnel
Two delivery modes

The same intelligence, two ways to receive it

Not every asset qualifies for a fixed station — airspace separation, power, and connectivity are required. That is why we offer two modes.

Alternative

Campaign program

We mobilize crew and equipment for a scheduled inspection campaign. The model for sites that do not yet qualify for a fixed station or prefer to start by cycles. The same methodology, the same engineering interpretation, the same iHawk platform.

  • No installation requirements
  • Scheduled cycles
  • Ideal to start
  • Same iHawk platform

Let's see what this infrastructure can do in your asset.
